Bi-directional weighing machine
Description of the system
The weighing electronics are fitted in a stainless steel housing near the weighing unit. The terminal includes the option to enter in advance the required number of weighing actions for a batch. Once the number of weighing actions has been reached, the supply of new cheeses is halted. The operator then has the option to increase the number of weighing actions or to close the batch and print the totals.
