Banderoling machine B1000

Description of the system

Fully automatic banderoling machine, available in different executions. Suitable for placement in an automatic line (for instance behind a plastifying machine) or for use in between cheese storage racks (mobile machine with manual input). Can easily be combined with coating and labeling machine.

Because of the use of cheese plastic, the pores under the banderol are filled up and the banderol is firmly glued to the cheese. This virtually eliminates the risk of mould under the banderol. Using cheese plastic has another advantage. When cutting the cheese, the banderol material will not come off so easily.

Appliance of banderoles on round cheeses

• Glueing by cheese plastic or water
• Placement in automatic line or with manual input
• Because of fast production, switch time very suitable for small batches

Banderole

Tea-bag or silk paper.

Glue

Cheese plastic or water.
