Freezer

The BMA pilot freezer is the latest state of the art measuring instruments

developed in close  co-operation with our customers. The origin of its design

forms the scientific calculated size and shape of the aircirculatingsystem and

corresponding compressor installation. All to guarantee a uniform airflow

through the product bed and maintain uniform process parameters.

The BMA pilot freezer includes numerous measuring and control instruments to measure independently the influence of:

	Product temperature
	Air velocity
	Air temperature
	Pressure difference over product layer

The system furthermore uniquely allows to on line measurement of products temperature with infrared sensor.

The pilot freezer is capable of processing market size samples and results can be used to improve full-scale process parameters such as retention time, air temperature, air velocity, in order to minimise operating costs and increase product quality.
