High capacity cheese treatment system

Brief description of the system

Cheeses, stored in racks, are taken from the store to the treatment system. The cheeses and shelves are taken out of the rack. In the treatment system cheeses and shelves are turned. The upper side of the cheeses is plastic coated, the dirty underside of the turned shelves is cleaned before the cheeses are replaced on the dry topside of the shelves. Thereafter the shelves and cheeses are returned to the rack. The rack is then transported to conditioned storage for further ripening. The system can be equipped with different types of cheese turning machines, depending on the capacity, cheese type and customer requirements.
